The Durex Performa Condoms are special condoms to which a drop of benzocaine (5%) has been added to the inside, which helps to make the glans less sensitive and so you can delay the orgasm. This way you and your partner can enjoy each other for a little longer. Durex Performa is ideal if you are dealing with a premature ejaculation. The condoms have a width of 5.6 centimeters and are therefore suitable for penises that are more comfortable with a slightly larger condom, but the normal penis also fits perfectly in the Performa condom.

The benzocaine (5%) therefore has a numbing effect on the glans and the effect of this can be optimized by massaging the glans for a short time after you have put on the condom. This way the gel is well distributed over the glans and absorbed and you will notice that it has an effect fairly quickly. The outside of the Performa condoms are provided with a silicone-based lubricant, so you cannot use them in combination with (silicone) sex toys.
