Guarantee
Hot Stuff guarantees the usability and/or soundness of the products supplied by Hot Stuff, in accordance with the specifications offered. All goods are subject to the legal warranty rights to which you, the buyer, can appeal when the occasion arises. The date stated on your invoice serves as the starting date for the guarantee.
No claim can be made under the guarantee when:
- A product has been damaged by intent or negligence.
- A product is damaged due to misuse or negligent maintenance.
- There is normal wear and tear.
In the event of an unfounded complaint, the costs incurred will be at your expense.
However, if a product is defective or the product you ordered does not function properly or not at all, please contact our customer service to request a warranty form.
