At Hot Stuff you can shop online 24 hours a day and visit our shop in Amsterdam 12 hours a day. This is possible seven days a week, 365 days a year. Ordering online is very easy, so check out our next steps:

1. Select article
To select the right product, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the desired product and click on the button: 'Order' Then the item will be added to your 'Shopping Cart'.
2. If you are looking for multiple products to order, you can use the same button. Our system will place all these items in your 'Shopping Cart'. You can then view them at all times by clicking on 'Shopping cart'.
3. When you have finished shopping, choose the 'Checkout' button.

2. Providing personal data
When you want to place an order with us for the first time, we ask you to fill in some personal details. These details are needed to process the order in a correct way and to deliver to you.

Then you can easily log in with your email address and password. You do not have to enter your details again.

There are two possible situations:
After you have clicked on the 'checkout' button, you will be redirected to the page where you will be asked to fill in some personal data.

3. Shipping information
Then choose the shipping method. We send all our shipments via PostNL. Soon it will also be possible to use the parcel convenience service. You can then pick up your order at the location of your choice (ease of packing uses more than 2000 store locations). You can also choose to pick up your order in the shop of Hot Stuff in Amsterdam.

4. Payment information
The big advantage of paying with iDEAL, PayPal, Mistercash and Afterpay is that we can deliver the products we have in stock directly to you. If you place your order on a working day before 15:00, it means that you will receive your order the next day. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will ship your order when the payment has been made and we have received it.
After this you can choose how you want to settle your order: directly with iDEAL or Mister Cash, afterwards with Afterpay, or via a bank transfer or PayPal.
Are you in possession of a gift voucher or discount code from hotstuff.nl? Then you can redeem it here. Enter the discount code or gift voucher code and the discount will automatically be deducted from your total amount.

5. Order overview
Once you have viewed and checked your data, you can choose 'Confirm' to complete the order.
In this last screen you will find all data of the checkout process in an overview.
