BDSM: a short explanation

BDSM is an acronym for a number of different sex activities that are similar but different. The B and D in BDSM stand for Bondage & Discipline, the S and M stand for Sadism & Masochism. BDSM is mainly about role-playing where you look for what you like and find exciting in the field of power relations. So there is someone who is in control (the dom, who is dominant) and someone who surrenders to it (the sub, also called submissive). Which role you take on is just what you like. Maybe you already have an idea, or have tasted it and want to experiment further with BDSM. What many people often forget is that BDSM also contributes to trust within the relationship. Of course you don't always have to take on just one role, you can also easily switch between dominant and submissive. In BDSM terminology this is described as "switch". Bondage and Discipline Sex Toys

BDSM sex toys that belong to bondage and discipline are those where you limit the freedom of movement of the other. The dom is in control and can thus stimulate different senses of the sub. Think of a blindfold, so that the view of the sub is taken away so that other senses are strengthened. You can limit the freedom of movement with the Sportsheets beginners bondage fantasy kit.
